Type: 1971 455 H.O. 4 Bolt Main .060 overbore.
Crankshaft: Nodular-iron, magnafluxed, case-hardened, shot peened, straightened, ground, neutral balanced.
Rods: 73-74 Super Duty, magnafluxed, bushed small end.
Pistons: Custom J&E with Speed Pro moly-filled rings & .990/.177 Floating Pins.
Oiling: Melting High Volume pump, Modified factory full length windage tray.
Heads: 1971 #197 castings. Oil channels opened, harden exhaust seats, port bowls smoothed and blended, port runners gasket matched, bronze guides, Manley stainless steel 2.11 & 1.77 valves, Manley springs with dampeners & 10 degree retainers with poly locks, Comp cams 7/16” studs, chromoly 5/16” pushrods & 1.65 roller rockers, ARP studs.

Induction: Stock 455 H.O. Aluminum intake manifold with separate ceramic-coated, cast iron exhaust X-over, Gasket matched, surfaced, #7 port runner opened up, 73-74 Super Duty Quadrajet.
Exhaust: Doug’s 1 and 7/8” headers, stainless Xpipe, 2 and 1/2" Exhaust through Borla Mufflers, Entire system ceramic coated.
Ignition: MSD Pro Billet Distributor
MSD 6302 Coil & 6 AL Box
Transmission: Muncie Pro Built-M20 4-speed 11” McCleod Borg & Beck, Aluminum Flywheel
(Neutral Balanced) Hurst Competition Plus linkage.
Driveshaft: Nascar solid U-joints, driveshaft reworked and balanced.
Rear End: 1969 12 bolt Z28 -3:42-Eaton Posi.
Front: 1 and 1/8” sway bar, Eibach coils, Koni adjustable shocks
Rear: Alston 32” ladder bar with ball ends, mono leaf.
Koni 80# adjustable coil over shocks.
Steering: 69 Firebird, Power Quick ratio
Brakes: 1969 Grand Prix Disc Pinned Aluminum Drums.
Wheel & Tires: 15” Rally IIs – 7” front, 8” Rear.
